He is the author of Community: Taking Your Small Group Off Life Support (Crossway, 2011) and, with Greg Allison, MultiChurch: Exploring the Future of Multisite (Zondervan, 2017).

Nick Bogardus

Strategic & Crisis Communications and Adaptive LeadershipNick Bogardus is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth across entertainment, B2B SaaS, and ministry sectors. As Senior Vice President of Marketing & Leadership Development at Subsplash, he led the company's growth from $37M to $67M in annual revenue. His experience includes founding and pastoring two churches, serving as PR/Media Relations Director at Mars Hill Church in Seattle, and working as a PR/Media Relations Specialist at Belief Agency. Nick has also contributed to higher education as an adjunct professor at Biola University and Pastor-in-Residence for their Center for Christian Thought.

Doug Schmidt

Doug holds BA, MBE, and EdD degrees. After serving as a seminary professor and Dean of Students for seven years, he pastored Ross Bible Church of Port Huron for five years before becoming the senior pastor of Woodside Bible Church in 1991. During his time at Woodside, Doug led the growth of the church from one location to 14 campuses.

Greg Gibbs
Giving & Capital Campaigns
Greg Gibbs is a pastor, author, and consultant and has been connected with the church for an over 30-year career. He is the author of Capital Campaign Playbook: A Church Consultants Gameplan and Creating a Culture of Generosity: A Field Guide for Church Leaders and has successfully consulted on over 150 capital campaigns. Greg currently serves as Executive Pastor at Vintage Church LA in Santa Monica, California.

Kim Bogardus
Executive Coaching, Team Dynamics, and Staffing
Kim Bogardus is an executive coach specializing in leadership development and team dynamics. She holds a Masters-Level certification in Executive Coaching and Counseling from the John Townsend Institute at Concordia University and a BA from Azusa Pacific University. As a church planter alongside her husband, she developed leadership programs for elders' wives and deacons. A respected speaker at The Gospel Coalition, Harbor Network, and local church events, Kim now focuses on coaching leaders and facilitating workshops across both marketplace and ministry contexts.

Thomas Hurst
Church Staffing
Thomas brings extensive leadership experience in both ministry and business, having served as a Campus Pastor and Executive Pastor at prominent multisite churches. He spent five years as a Senior Sales Manager at Pushpay, where he helped churches leverage technology solutions to grow their ministries. A talented visual storyteller, Thomas is also a Pulitzer Prize-nominated photojournalist whose work has appeared in major publications including Time Magazine, The Boston Globe, and The Seattle Times.

Gregg Allison
Multisite Strategy, Polity, and Theology
Gregg is Professor of Christian Theology at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is the secretary of the Evangelical Theological Society and currently serves as the book review editor for theological, historical, and philosophical studies, Journal of the Evangelical Theological Society.
Gregg is the author of 27 books including MultiChurch: Exploring the Future of Multisite (with Brad House), Embodied: Living as Whole People in a Fractured World, and Raising the Dust: "How-To" Equip Deacons to Serve the Church.
